Wasn't this group mentioned on some episode of the ForceCast, months ago? Alexrd (talk) 22:19, January 8, 2014 (UTC)

  • Yes. There is much that we know about the Story Group, as outlined in this article. ~SavageBOB sig 15:25, January 15, 2014 (UTC)

Why not just List the New Canon as Legends. it is after all an Alternate Reality to established canon

Why bother with a "Legends" tab at all? Why not just call them "Old Canon" and "New Canon"?Rickyrab (talk) 01:12, August 18, 2015 (UTC)

  • Hey. Good question. Lucasfilm calls the Expanded Universe "Star Wars Legends," so we follow their lead on that as well. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 01:15, August 18, 2015 (UTC)

More members?[]

It seems that there are officially more members to the Story Group then previously believed. Pablo Hidalgo, on twitter recently stated that specific story group members are essentially assigned to specific stories/mediums. He stated that for each comic book, you can see which Story Group member is directly involved with the specific comic book issue.

Now if this is the case, and it seems legit to me, then if you look at Star Wars #31, you'll see a new name... James Waugh. Here's his linkedin profile:

So instead of editing in his name into the article, I figured it would be best to get clarification here first. Is my argument sound? --ChristopherLeeGallant (talk) 02:36, May 18, 2017 (UTC)

  • Seems like we should record them as we find them. - Imperial Information Office AV-6R7Crew Pit 02:50, May 18, 2017 (UTC)
    • When I get the chance, I'll go back through all of my issues to see how many other names I can find that aren't listed in the article. --ChristopherLeeGallant (talk) 03:07, May 18, 2017 (UTC)
      • The Vanity Flair article that was released today about TLJ includes a mentioning of how many members are in the Story Group. According to the article, it states that there are 11 members --ChristopherLeeGallant (talk) 06:44, May 25, 2017 (UTC)
  • Went ahead and added Steve Blank and James Waugh. There´s a person on the Celebartion picture that I don´t know who it is.--ZapikCZ (talk) 19:26, May 26, 2017 (UTC)
