Slashtown was a prisoner colony on the Imperial prison planet Despayre.
Description[]
Slashtown accommodated criminal convicts sentenced to the planet. It was located in Grid 4354, Sector 547 of Quadrant 3. The town consisted of huts built from wood and Imperial packing crates, held together with vines, wire, and twine.[1]
History[]
In 3 BBY, Slashtown was home to several convicts including Celot Ratua Dil, Balahteez, Brun, and Monn. One of the colony's guards, Sergeant Nova Stihl, taught a self-defense class for the residents and fellow guards.[1]
The colony was destroyed when the Death Star fired upon the planet in 0 BBY.[1]
