Salient Strategic Command was the ruling system military authority of the autonomous Salient system in the Corporate Sector when it was invaded by the Galactic Empire in 18 BBY. Led by a Hiitian general, it coordinated the military actions of Salient Battle Group against the Imperial forces, along with the Partisans resistance group and several mercenaries.[1]
