Holowan Mechanicals was a division of Holowan[3] that manufactured arms[2] and droids.[3] Together with Holowan Laboratories,[6] it developed the controversial IG-series of enforcer and security droids,[2] as well as a line of assassin droids[7][4][5] that was largely outlawed in the galaxy.[8] The division perfected[9] and manufactured electrostaffs to arm their IG-100 MagnaGuards with.[2]
