The Defoliator Deployment Tank (DDT), also known simply as the Defoliator Tank, was a modified Armored Assault Tank designed by Neimoidian weapons developer General Lok Durd for his defoliator weapon during the Clone Wars. The DDT was first deployed[6] in 21 BBY[5] on Maridun. There, Durd demonstrated its effects on two B1-series battle droids near his outpost for Count Dooku. After that DDT's destruction during the defense of Maridun,[6] another DDT, in truth the second and last prototype,[7] later saw use in the Battle of Dathomir, only to be destroyed by the Nightsisters.[8]
