The Core Five, also known as the Council of Five, was the ruling body of the InterGalactic Banking Clan on the planet Scipio.[2] The Council was arrested after being charged with corruption, allowing Senator Rush Clovis to assume total control of the Banking Clan.[3] Clu Lesser served as a spokesperson for the council during the Clone Wars.[1]
