Ricardo Simonetti is a character in the Disney Channel Latin America show Soy Luna. He is portrayed by Ezequiel Rodríguez.

Prior to the show, he and his wife Ana got divorced.
Season 1[]
Part 1[]
He is the father of Nina. He is pretty sloppy and enjoys eating pizza. He likes playing video games with Nina.
Part 2[]
He experiences quite the romantic rollercoaster in this part of the season. He first gets into a romantic relationship with Tamara, on whom he's had a crush on for a while. Shortly after Tamara's ex boyfriend Mariano moves back to Argentina and tries to win Tamara's heart back. Not without a fight though. Ricardo is keen on making his relationship with Tamara work. But eventually Tamara can't resist Mariano's charm and ends her relationship with Ricardo at that. Ricardo is heartbroken but not for long because over the next few episodes, he starts spending more time with Mora, his ex wife's best friend. He's unsure about how their relation to each other is going to work, hence his ex wife Ana.

Mora and Ricardo were originally just friends, but eventually Mora began to show signs of having feelings for him. Mora and Ricardo kissed in Season 1/Episode 70, and are now dating.

Ana and Ricardo were married, but divorced before the show began. They have one daughter together, Nina Simonetti.
Tamara[]

At the beginning of the series, Ricardo is shown to have a crush on Tamara, and they go on a date in Season 1/Episode 39, but in the end it doesn't work out and they go their separate ways.

- He loves video games and pizza.
- He likes heavy metal music.
- In the second season, despite breaking the rules when applying a camera without the permission from VIDIA, he overall did save Jam & Roller from closing down.
- It's possible that he speaks English, since he spoke some English when pretending to be on the phone in Season 1/Episode 27 and in Season 2/Episode 34.
- In the pilot for the UK dub of Soy Luna, he was voiced by Keith Merrill.[1]
- Just like Gastón, Ricardo is credited as a main character throughout Season 3 despite only appearing in few episodes.
