This page was used by users to ask a bureaucrat to change their username for them until 15th September 2014, when bureaucrats lost their rights to rename users locally. A historic log of those actions can be found here. Requests for renaming accounts globally are now handled on the page Steward requests/Username changes on Meta-Wiki.
