Now that The Mill is up and running, Four Barrel's Jeremy Tooker is turning his sights back to his planned Portola location, as he discusses in an interview with Sprudge. Tooker's planned coffee cart will be remarkably eco-friendly, with solar panels, wind power, composting toilets, and filtered runoff water (which Tooker hopes to use to brew his coffee). He also wants to add an electric vehicle charging station and a playground. Though he originally planned to open last November, Tooker now expects to be up and running in two to three months.
