Tyler Florence's Rotisserie & Wine Clucks Out

It was was certainly curious when Tyler Florence's downtown Napa restaurant Rotisserie & Wine closed for a "revamp" just one year in, and today's Inside Scoop column brings word that the roasted chicken emporium will not return to the land of the living after its months-long hiatus. Reflecting now, the restaurant's one short year was tumultuous. A spat with the DOH, "quirky" call by Bauer, turnaround galore, and one of those Jeremy Fox exoduses are all on the books. Meanwhile TyFlo's other children: Wayfare Tavern, Hawk's Tavern, El Paseo and his SFO business seem to be doing just fine, although that rumored Hotel Rex project doesn't seem to be moving forward any time soon.
