Russell of the Water (水のラッセル Mizu no Rasseru?) is one of the Four Heavenly Kings in the Demon Army.
Appearance[]
A young boy with a handsome face, silver eyes and different color iris in each eye, He has a horn on top of the left side of his head and a blue fishtail. He also looks like a girl and has a feminine voice.
His outfit consists of brown boots, black shorts, a blue vest over a white sleeveless shirt and a long blue scarf. After becoming a prisoner in Grace, he is forced to wear a french maid costume with black panties by Tiger Man.
Personality[]
Russell is a "spoiled brat" archetype. He is arrogant, disdainful and mouthy, and usually see people as toys he can break at will. Russell also despises humanity, treating them as inferior creatures that must be destroyed at all cost. However, he does care about his demon comrades, trying to get along with his fellow chimera Rose and being gentle with her fellow Heavenly King Heine.
Although Russell has common sense, he is a very instinctive animal. Recognizing Tiger Man as a stronger beast, Russell yields Tiger Man's will, like wearing a maid outfit and sleeping with him as a body pillow.[1] He is also very adaptable, reason why Russell has conformed with his job as maid for humans. Futhermore, because of his demon instincts, he become fond to the Demon Lord Viper.
History[]
Like Rose, Russell is a combat chimera created by a ancient civilization to destroy humanity, although he still has his memories. He was present during the welcome party in Toris Kingdom.[2] He and Heine explored Toris ruins, using it's giant robot against Six and his unit, but was defeated by Alice and her Destroyer.[3]
Having been captured by Kisaragi, Russell later worked as the maid for Kisaragi, taking care of the combat agents and refilling the water supply for Grace.[4]
Abilities[]
Water Magic: As a chimera, Russell has unlimited magic as long he doesn't run out of food, and Russell can create enough water to supply a kingdom.
- Healing Magic: Russell can heal wounds, since water magic has healing properties.

Ancient Weapon
Ancient Weapon: Russell briefly used the ancient humanoid giant robot, similar to the Earth Heroes's, on Toris ruins.
Relationships[]
- Heine of the Flame: they both are friends partners, since they both are the remaining members of the Elite Four of the Demon Kingdom. Heine doesn't share the same desire to eradicate the humanity as Russell and he gets frustrated by the fact she still sees him as a child.
- Tiger Man: To his terror, Russell is Tiger Man's type, who forced him to dress like a french maid and using him as a hug pillow at night. According to him, since Chimera are close to animals, he follows Tiger Man due to his strength.
- Rose: Because both of them are chimeras, Russell tries to befriend with her, with no avail.
- Viper: Since she is the Demon Lord, and Russell is half-demon, Russell become fond to her, sleeping at her office.
