The next sentence says that the preferred method is the JSON-LD one, though.

I think most inclusions of navboxes contain a self-link. Not sure this is enough for for being a concern, but I wouldn’t classify it as “pretty rare”.

Actually some pages do not redirect, e.g. https://wikilivres.org/wiki/Project:Inclusion_policy, https://wikilivres.org/wiki/Pierre_Curie.

The usual format for French is Discussion $base. On frwiktionary the base default/extension namespaces are lowercase-first (unless NS is a proper noun), but custom ones are uppercase-first (which I find a bit weird). Hence consistency would dictates Discussion Rime in this case.

Quebec: I saw this table, yes. For all three marks mentioned in the description of this task, it says “Pas d’espace ou une espace fine” and the text at the top says “Dans le cas contraire [Si l’on ne dispose pas de l’espace fine], l’espace fine est supprimée et équivaut à une absence d’espacement.” I thinks this is incompatible with your last statement.
Having no space displayed as fallback is not necessarily worse than having a full space for everybody, as many French-speaking people do not add the space before these punctuation marks (e.g. people from Quebec; actually I often find articles of the French Wikipedia having missing spaces in these places).

Such a behavior is acceptable on mobile due to the lack of space, but
really annoying on desktop…

Wikidata added the constraint that the relation is symmetric, though.

If this is the expected behavior, then the anchor generator needs to be
fixed (the link on the arrow is broken).

@Jdforrester-WMF I have been working on a Confluence wiki with (server-side) auto-save for several months and they have something your current proposal do not include: being able to see a diff before choosing. It is really useful, because I often do not remember what I was doing exactly when I closed the editing page 2 or 3 days before editing again.

@ori Indeed. In my defense, “Moriel” is closer to men names in French (in the written form).
