I'm sorry I am not familiar with local procedure. It seems that the RfC is not marked as closed yet, and as you are one of those in discussion, could you ask another sysop to confirm the consensus now is enough for your community please?
Will help deploy this.

I found they have ongoing discussion related to the task, and the consensus is likely to fulfill the logo change. Claim to deliver my promise.
I'm going to set this task to declined again since current situation matches the reason provided by TheresNoTime.

I think a *clear* consensus, which agree this change, is necesary. You may have to wait more comments, if you see section 'Pamanjangan jabatan Salsa66syifa sabagai pambakal', it has 11 'hakun' w/o other comment, this is indeed a clear consensus.
However, anyone who consider it's okay is free to do this change, you can wait for other volunteer as well.

Mark as invalid since no valid information provided and longer needed as well.

I didn't look into the Tool's source code, but I consider it would be no conflict w/ that as removing right from themselves is likely a simple process for permission. Is there any potential problem identified from your end?

@Aafi The desired logo is too large for display, at least in Vector skin, you may check the test result at [1]. Due to no language knowledge, I can not revise the picture and I'm de-claim the task. If the picture is edited to a proper size, I will be happy to help again.
I brought back the IP Info right related comment to zhwiki community and set this task to Resolved since the related patch is posted.
I am neither WMF personnel nor decline this request, I just comment what I think with regard to this change for other volunteers' information. With all due respect, I have no intention to discuss the neuturality policy here as this is a technical platform.

To clarify, I'm not referring to the relationship between the yellow ribbon and Israel, and honestly, I do not actually know what the yellow ribbon means here. The "October 7th Remembrance Day" seems to be a national day for Israel according to your reply, changing this temporary logo for a national day might be a conflict with WMF's neutrality policies. and I'd consider all language-based WMF sites serve people using the specific language, changing logo for an individual region's day should be avoided. Respectfully, please see [1] for information.
@Dusan_Krehel Thank you for the clarification. I think we still need the research for používateľ / Redaktor usage here. And after looking into Google search result for " Užívateľ vs používateľ", I think we can rename from Užívateľ to používateľ without further discussion needed from my perspective. If you still need the rename to Redaktor, community consensus is undoubtfully necessary IMO.
It looks like that "测试\n测试\n" is counted as 7 chars, "测试\n测试\n测试\n" as 9 chars, "测试" as 3 chars, and I think there is a bug if calculated indeed as that.
It looks like "Užívateľ" is also the word for "user", and thus the key problem is gender localisation IMO. In this case, I think we need community consensus to work on this.
Since I am not knowledgeable about regional religions or anything similar, I am not sure if adding a yellow ribbon to a logo is neutral. See [1] for information.

Using Google Translate, I can't see a clear community consensus for changing logo, awaiting further comments. I will do this once consensus is achieved.
Based on my experience, if your event is scheduled to be held in designated room AND the participants will be using Ethernet cable, there will be only ONE IP address sometimes. I'd recommend connecting with the related departments like IT first.

@Ezagren Hi, you are requesting logo change for bjnwiktionary, but the local discussion is likely referring bjnwikipedia, please check your ticket and edit again.
