Chapter 21[]
Tony Tony Island in Danger
As Chopperman and his friends are fighting off Tama, Nin, & Pii, Namifia is able to identify the X mark from Black Brook's computer system. She realizes that it's referring to Tony-Tony Island, and the heroes decide to hurry back to the island. However, as Chopperman becomes exhausted, Tama, Nin, & Pii merge together nearly defeat Zorokiller and Sanjirops in a single attack.
Meanwhile, on Tony-Tony Island, Black Brooks and Dr. Usodabada arrive, while Robinflowan, Boodle, and the other villagers prepare to defend the island. However, they are quickly defeated, and Black Brook asks them where the Cross Power can be found. When they tell him they don't know what the Cross Power is, he verifies using his music, seeing that they're not lying.
Back with Tama, Nin, & Pii, Namifia's cheering manages to revitalize Chopperman, who swiftly defeats the robots. As Dr. Usodabada explains the power of Chopperman's hat, Black Brook realizes that his hat is the Cross Power he's searching for. He decides to wait for Chopperman to return to the island, planning to take it from once he gets back.
Chapter 22[]
"Cross Power"
While Black Brook waits for Chopperman to return to Tony-Tony Island, a soldier of the Dabada-gang worries about Black Brook achieving his goal before Dr. Usodabada. However, Dr. Usodabada tells him that he has a plan, and is simply waiting for the right moment to enact it.
Suddenly, Chopperman returns, with the other heroes not far behind in the Air Force C. Chopperman quickly defeats Black Brook's goons with Kyuun Spark, but as he approaches, Black Brook begins to threaten the villagers, who he's trapped with his music. He explains that he'll set them free if Chopperman gives up his hat, which Chopperman agrees to instantly.
As Black Brook dons the hat, Laboon puts in earplugs, asking for the music to be tested on him. Black Brook complies, but it has no effect, and Black Brook attacks Laboon, throwing him to the ground. Namifia then explains that the hat is powered by the cheers of those the wielder is protecting, as well as the fact that Chopperman is powerful even without it. Black Brook then instructs his underlings to cheer for him, but it has no effect, which Namifia states it because they were't genuine cheers of encouragement given of their own will. As Black Brook's ability fails, Chopperman quickly defeats him, taking back his hat.
As the two begin fighting, Chopperman damages Black Brook's guitar, freeing the villagers from his music. However, Black Brook has a bazooka hidden in his guitar, and he nearly hits Chopperman, though he's able to dodge it and quickly defeat Black Brook. On the ground, he asks Dr. Usodabada for help, but he refuses, stating that he can finally put his plan into action. He instructs a machine to grab Black Brook, and it consumes him, creating the Brookbird, while the heroes prepare to fight again.
Chapter 23[]
"Ultrasound of Death"
As the heroes begin attacking the Brookbird, Zorokiller hits it's leg with Oni Giri, shattering it instantly. At the same time, Sanjirops attacks the other leg with Ero Shoot, shattering it as well. Chopperman takes advantage of the Brookbird's loss of balance to hit in the stomach with Chopper Violence, and it falls to floor, seemingly defeated. However, as the heroes celebrate the easy victory, Dr. Usodabada reveals that it also has a flying mode, and the Brookbird transforms into a jet plane.
As the Brookbird flies into the air, Black Brook's underlings charge Dr. Usodabada, enraged by what he did to Black Brook. However, the jet shoots them with the Ultrasound of Death, transforming the whole group into skeletons. Dr. Usodabada reveals that the beam comes from accessing Black Brook's musical abilities, and states that using it, he'll finally be able to defeat Chopperman.
Now on the offensive, the Brookbird begins shooting the beam at the heroes, and they're forced to scramble out of the way. Eventually, the heroes are stuck on a small section of ground, surrounded by deep holes, and Dr. Usodabada gloats on his victory. However, as he shoots the Ultrasound of Death, Giant Luffy Bomber jumps on top of the heroes, blocking them from the blast with his metal body.
Chapter 24[]
Chance of Victory VS Chance of Victory
Now knowing that Giant Luffy Bomber is immune to the Ultrasound of Death, the giant robot charges at the Brookbird, smashing it out of the sky and completely shattering it. However, as the heroes approach Dr. Usodabada, he runs into the smoke, evading them.
Suddenly, he approaches them again, now inside the Dr. King Usodabada. He reveals it as his ultimate secret weapon, still using Black Brook as a weapon source. Zorokiller, Sanjirops, and Robinflowan simultaneously attack him with Oni Giri, Ero Shoot, and Flower Shoot (フラワーショツト, Furawāshotsuto?). However, Dr. King Usodabada counters with his own, stronger, versions of those attacks, pointing out that he created them in the first place. His versions crash through the monsters' versions, and the monsters are hit by their own attacks, falling to the ground.
Chopperman attacks Dr. King Usodabada, but he simply catches the hero, flinging him into the air. He then reveals another new weapon, the Ultrasound of Death Star (死の超音波星, Shi no Chōonpa Boshi?), and launches it at Chopperman. The hero calls for Giant Luffy Bomber's help to block it, but the giant robot is asleep, having consumed too much energy, and Dr. King Usodabada reveals that's the reason he considered Giant Luffy Bomber a failure.
Chapter 25[]
Our Friend Chopperman!
Desperate to stop the Ultrasound of Death Star, Zorokiller and Sanjirops attack it in midair with Oni Giri and Ero Shoot, barely managed to redirect it's explosion. However, it was still able to revert Chopperman's hat to its white state, exhausting Chopperman.
The two heroes storm Dr. King Usodabada, nearly being attack by two more Ultrasound of Death Star. However, they're redirected by Chopperman, who's forcing himself to continue fighting despite his exhaustion. This effort is too much for him, however, and he collapses again, this time unable to get up. Zorokiller and Sanjirops continue attacking the Dr. King Usodabada, cheering for Chopperman at the same time, but they're both quickly defeated. As Robinflowan attempts to attack with another Flower Shoot, Zorokiller is thrown on top of her and Namifia, and the three of them collapse, still cheering for Chopperman's help.
Suddenly, Chopperman flies in front of Dr. King Usodabada, despite his hat still being white. Dr. King Usodabada punches him into the ground, and as Chopperman struggles to stand, he continues attacking, throwing him down again and again. All around, the heroes continue cheering for Chopperman, and even Laboon begins to join in. After throwing Chopperman into a boulder, destroying it, Dr. King Usodabada asks if he's finally given up, but as the dust settles, Chopperman is revealed to have a dark red hat. With his powers amplified from the Cross Power, Chopperman is able to repel the Ultrasound of Death Star, charging straight at Dr. King Usodabada.
However, as Chopperman flies towards him, Dr. King Usodabada shoots forward a disintegration beam, nearly defeating Chopperman for good. At the last second, Giant Luffy Bomber jumps in front of the beam, successfully blocking it and allowing Chopperman to finish approaching Dr. King Usodabada, charging his ultimate attack, Chopper Megaton Violence (チョッパーメガトンバイオレンス, Choppāmegatonbaiorensu?). The blow shatters the Dr. King Usodabada to pieces, and Dr. Usodabada is thrown to the ground, defeated.
Some time later, peace has returned to Tony-Tony Island. With the threat of Dr. Usodabada gone, Chopperman and his friends stay on the island, protecting from threats and helping those in need.
