District Donuts (more properly known as District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew.) is heading to Las Vegas’ Cosmopolitan hotel and casino on the LV Strip to open its first location outside of Louisiana, according to Eater Las Vegas.
In addition to creative doughnut flavors, breakfast dishes like biscuit sandwiches and kolaches, coffee, sliders, doughnut sandwiches, and waffle fries, the Las Vegas District will pour its own chocolate milk on draft.
The Las Vegas outpost becomes District’s sixth location. It already has four locations in the New Orleans area and one in Baton Rouge.
Also joining the Las Vegas space: a New York-born tequila and mezcal cocktail bar; Nashville’s hot Southern chicken joint Hattie B’s Hot Chicken; Portland chef Rick Gencarelli’s sandwich shop; Andy Ricker’s Pok Pok Wing, also from Portland; and Tekka Bar: Handroll & Sake, a Japanese hand roll and sake restaurant from Las Vegas restaurateur Takashi Segawa.
