Your Guide To All Things Bayou Boogaloo, May 16-18

Bayou Boogaloo is happening this evening through Sunday, May 16-18, and if you're going, you know you should leave the coolers at home (as well as any homemade rafts covered in drunk dudes). Sure, the music festival on the banks of the Bayou St. John is free, but that doesn't mean anyone should make it even freer by not spending money on food and booze.

This year brings more a bike pub crawl and bike secon line, more art vendors, 32 musical acts and tons of food vendors including Mid City Pizza, Boucherie, and Ralph's On The Park.

Since the Boogaloo is all about being eco-friendly, after the jump you'll find a list of where to eat within walking/biking distance of the festival, and further reading from the Times-Pic, My Spilt Milk, and more. A Full List of food vendors is available right here.
