Photo Clock is a downloadable DSiWare application released in 2009. The clock features an alarm as well as a scrolling picture frame that chooses pictures from your DSi's memory and displays them along with the time. There are a few things that the player can alter in the software.

The first thing you can alter is the sound of the alarm. There are three default included sounds. You can also set your alarm sound as one of your recordings from Nintendo DSi Sound. The selected sound will be emitted when the alarm's time arrives. Next you can determine how long each photo stays on the screen. You can also choose to only show photos of a selected sticker group. When using the software but not interacting with it, the bottom screen's backlight will turn off while the top screen's won't. The game costs 200 Nintendo Points and it comes preinstalled on the Nintendo DSi XL. The clock can also be changed into three different forms: an analog clock, an 12 hour digital clock, and a 24 hour digital clock.

If this application is used on any 3DS model, only photos that are transferred to the console's system storage will be able to be shown. Some photos will not work, such as screenshots. Tapping any of the three sticker buttons won't show any photos either as the 3DS camera app does not support that feature.
