Mario Tornado in Brawl.
Mario Tornado is an attack that Mario can perform in all five Super Smash Bros. games. In the first two Super Smash Bros. video games (Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee), it was a special attack that can be performed by pressing B then down joystick, though it's just a normal move in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS. This will cause Mario to spin around, mimicking the attack he performed in Super Mario World where he would spin in a similar way.
Luigi has a similar attack called the Luigi Cyclone as does Dr. Mario with his called Dr. Tornado.
