Lance Barr is a retired industrial designer who was a Nintendo of America employee from nearly 40 years, working from 1982 to July 2021.[1] He designed the American editions of the Nintendo Entertainment System and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. He is also credited as being involved with the NES Zapper, NES Advantage, NES Max, and others. His work later continued with the Wii and Nunchuk.
