Kenyu Horiuchi (born July 30, 1957) is a Japanese voice actor. In 2002, he founded his own voice acting management office, Kenyu Office. Horiuchi is notable for Raiden in the Metal Gear series and provide Professor Oak in Pokémon the Series after Unsho Ishizuka's death in 2018.
