Check and X Barrel

Check and X Barrels are one of the many different types of barrels. They appear only on one level of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong's Quest, called Target Terror in Krazy Kremland. In that level, Diddy and Dixie must use these barrels to open the gates on the roller coaster that they are riding. Gates that need to be open are closed, and vice versa. The Check Barrels open gates, and the X Barrels close them. These Barrels are essential for getting past the level.
