10 Voor Taal (AKA Tien Voor Taal. Roughly translates to English as Ten for Language) is exclusive to the Netherlands and some other areas in Europe and only available in Dutch. This game is based on the game show with the same name and also exclusive to the Netherlands.
Gameplay[]
10 Voor Taal is a simple quiz game with various modes with different kinds of questions all about language and words based on the same questions in the game show. Each question has a time limit. Gameplay is as simple as answering these questions as fast as you can to get the best score.
As a single player you can play each game separately or all of them one after the other in the biggest challenge.
Game Modes[]
Met Andere Woorden (In Other Words)[]
You get 10 sentences. Each sentence contains a foreign word or unusual expression. Find the right meaning to win.
Zoek De Fout (Find the Error)[]
Find the mistake in the sentence and tap it to win.
Woordritsen (Word zips)[]
You will be given 15 exercises where you must find the link between 2 words. Type the correct connecting word to win.
Cryptokronkels (winding cryptics)[]
You will be given 10 exercises where there is a word with letters missing and a cryptic hint. Use the hint to type in the correct full word to win.
Spelling[]
You will be given 5 words and you must quickly choose whether it is spelt correctly or not.
Finale[]
You will be given 20 words which you must choose the right meaning as fast as you can. If you answer them all and you have time left then you get bonus points.
Multiplayer[]
You can also play with up to 8 friends wirelessly in a few modes. You can also play using wifi with people online.
Puntenrace (Point Race)[]
In Puntenrace (Point Race) mode you take turns with friends to answer questions and the one with the most points at the end wins.
Tijdrace (Time Race)[]
In Tijdrace (Time Race) the winner is the one to answer the questions the fastest.
