Flora (
Appearance[]
Her appearance is strikingly similar to the queen from PECO, with short, dark, frizzy hair and big, round eyes. She seems to have a small fang.
Personality[]
Due to having become pessimistic, Flora is a closed-off girl, pushing away Sophie despite her attempts to be friendly. However, she is very lonely, and wishes that somebody could be her friend. Flora has a hard time admitting her true feelings to other people.
History[]
Flora describes her legs as 'bad'. As such, she has to move in a wheelchair, often with help from an adult. It is implied she is likely disabled.
Synopsis[]
Friend[]
While Sophie walking to school with her classmates, she sees a girl in a window. Flora sees Sophie, and Sophie looks back with a smile, she immediately shuts the curtains.
The next day, Sophie asks why she is looking out of the window all the time, Flora shuts her curtains again. Sohpie introduces herself and says she was hoping they could talk, but with no response, she decides to come back anothet iem.
The next day, Sophie has learnt her name is Flora, and comments that it is a cute name. The next day, she offers to sing for Flora. The next day, she shows her a picture she drew.
The next day, Flora shuts her curtains, but she peeks out again and asks why she keeps coming, wondering if she is really that bored, Sophie tells Flora to call her by her name, and after pausing and looking around, she asks the question again, adding her name like she asked. Sophie answers that she is, she noticed that Flora looks outside longingly every day, so she got curious.
Flora explains that her legs are bad, and even if she studies, she will not be able to do anything in the future. Sophie does not think that is true, saying she could sing or make art, as there are plenty of things a person can do even with bad legs. Flora closes her curtains, saying that she does not have that talent, she tells her not to come back.
Sophie stops coming, and Flora thinks that if she is going to quit like that she should not have even bothered. But, she does end up coming, wearing a PECO costume. This makes Flora laugh, and Sophie quickly points it out. She apologises, saying that if it really bothered her, she should stop coming, but the costume she is wearing is from PECO, and she asks Flora if she wants to be her friend. Sophie says she will come again, and Flora says she will see her.
The next day, Flora comes out in her wheelchair, saying that looking down at her was tiring. Sophie offers to stroll her around the area, and Flora agrees to it.

The two are close neighbours. Flora was standoff-ish towards Sophie as she continued to visit, but they form a connection, and despite being mean to Sophie, Flora actually wants to be her friend. After Sophie's proposal, that comes true.
