Vincent’s extensive legal career encompasses leadership roles in public and private companies. He was a partner in the firm of Nixon Peabody, LLP, also serving as chair of the Government Contracts group. Previously, he was President & CEO of Eagle Consulting Services, LLC, a business and legal advisory services firm, and Counsel in the firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. In addition, Vincent served as Chair of the Corporate Group and a member of the Executive leadership in the Office of the City Solicitor in Philadelphia. Subsequent to his tenure with the City Solicitor, Vincent joined the professional services firm of Price Waterhouse LLP where he was a principal member of the legal team that facilitated the merger of Price Waterhouse with Coopers & Lybrand to form PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Vincent holds several professional affiliations and has authored a book, book chapters and articles on a variety of legal and business topics including Public-Private Partnerships and Government Contracting.
