He is a past member of the Matrimonial Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association where he served as Sub-Chairman of the Committee on the Civil Justice Crisis Plan helping to establish a Pro Se Clinic for contested matrimonial matters. He also helped create the New York State Bar Association Family Law pamphlet and website video for the Committee on Public Relations in cooperation with the Family Law Section. Further, Mr. Moses is a member of the Family Law Sections of the New York Bar Association, American Bar Association, and a former member of the Committee on Public Service and Education for the New York State Bar Association and the International Academy of Family Lawyers and is a member of NY Chapter, Association of Family And Conciliation Courts.
He has been a frequent lecturer on family law issues at the American, New York State and New York City Bar Associations. He has been featured in an article in the New York Law Journal, was a contributing author for Strategies for Family Law in New York and is one of the authors of the New York State Bar Association’s, Family Law Section: Divorce Process Video.
