Popular South Beach nightlife spot and taco shop, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, is expanding the taqueria portion of the brand by debuting Bodega Taqueria, a counter-service Mexican eatery with a quick-service format that has plans for massive expansion around South Florida in the next few years.

Bodega Taqueria already has two confirmed locations slated to open in North Beach and Downtown Miami. The Bodega Taqueria in North Beach will open in 2021 in between 73rd Street & Collins Avenue, while the location in Downtown Miami will open in 2022 inside of Natiivo Miami at 601 NE 1st Avenue. These two locations will pave the way for at least 10 more Bodega Taqueria’s to open within the next 18 to 24 months.

While the “secret” late night bar won’t be at these new locations, they will still feature the same look and feel with as the original location with a retrofitted vintage airstream trailer turned taco truck and the option to dine in the garage-inspired seating of picnic tables, neon bar stools, and graffiti walls. The menu will offer tacos and burritos and other favorites.

The team behind Bodega, Menin Hospitality, is also planning to debut a full-fledged Bodega Taqueria y Tequila location in Fort Lauderdale on November 1, and is opening their second location of Pizza Bar on West Avenue on October 2.
