The latest taqueria to hit the scene the Miami taco scene is Dadeland’s Elle Taco. The New York city based concept opened last week inside the perpetually packed mall and it features a traditional, Mexican-style cuisine created by its culinary consultant and Michelin pedigreed chef, Derrick Styczek.
On the menu expect a variety of Mexican classics like eight different types of tacos filled with everything from the traditional pastor, to chorizo and even chickpeas and cauliflower. Along with the tacos it offers quesadillas, enchiladas, tortas (aka Mexican sandwiches) along with the all important guac.
Kids can also get into the action, too, with a special menu created just for them. Elle Taco also serves a daily breakfast menu with plenty of breakfast burritos and eggs served with rice and beans.
The restaurant is now open daily at 7535 North Kendall Drive, Suite 1420, from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays. Call 786-717-6156 for more info.
