The Tivan Dispatch Center was a communications building on Exitar.
History[]
An altercation with the other Guardians of the Galaxy caused Drax the Destroyer to leave the Boot of Jemiah when he spotted the dispatch center. Eager for revenge on Ronan the Accuser for killing his wife and daughter, Drax entered the dispatch center and threatened Steemie Blueliver by holding one of his knives to his throat. Drax ordered Steemie to send Ronan a message and draw him to Knowhere.[1]
