I am going to suggest another alternate title for this article, the current title of which looks rather generic, like in the "Jiaying's Vendetta" case.
I believe "War against Ultron" is not a good enough title because it wasn't just a war started by the Avengers against him. It was more than that.
Therefore, I'm suggesting one of the following:
- Ultron Crysis
- Age of Ultron
- Ultron's War
- Ultron's Campaign
What do you guys think? OkCalis (talk) 19:22, October 11, 2015 (UTC)
- Ultron's War sounds good.--UskokS.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters 19:47, October 11, 2015 (UTC)
- Likewise. As I explained in the comments, Age of Ultron would be bad as he didn't succeed in bringing it about. --Alientraveller (talk) 21:42, October 11, 2015 (UTC)
- @ OKCallis, Before i give my opinion, please explain the statement "It was more than that." because i do not understand wat else it was...Bratpack (talk) 19:15, October 12, 2015 (UTC)
- Right, Bratpack, I now realize that I used a rather vague sentence, sorry. What I was trying to say was: "War against Ultron" implies that the event was a war started by the Avengers against Ultron; however, it was Ultron that started the war, so it can't be war against Ultron. It may be Ultron's War (Crysis, Conflict, whatever), but not War against Ultron. War for Earth was a good example as a war title. It wasn't "War against the Chitauri" nor "War against Loki", because it was a war of defense. --OkCalis (talk) 21:44, October 12, 2015 (UTC)
- Given that explanation, i will go with "Ultron's War" or "Ultron's Campaign". The "Age of Ultron" never happened. The "Ultron Crisis" (correct spelling) is too vague. However, i have one caveat: The article "War against the Inhumans" be left alone. I see changing this will cause a similar argument in that article; I am agreeing to change for the sake of variety, right now...Bratpack (talk) 22:08, October 12, 2015 (UTC)
- I like Ultron's War much better that Ultron's Campaign. I think that campaign should be left for an entirely different type of events. Johann Fennhoff's Revenge Plot cannot be considered a war, so campaign is much better there, but not here.--Shabook (talk) 22:27, October 12, 2015 (UTC)
- Personally, I like "Ultron Crisis" best (sorry for the misspelling btw), but of course, I like "Ultron's War" as well. So what's next? Should we wait for others to join the talk, or shall we put it on vote? --OkCalis (talk) 08:59, October 15, 2015 (UTC)
