"Runco. Quit it."
Alphonso Mackenzie to Runco[src]

Agent Runco is a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent that was recruited during Alphonso Mackenzie's leadership.

Biography[]

Observing Paranormal Activities[]

"Jaross. Runco. Keep scanning for any more of these disturbances."
Alphonso Mackenzie to Jaross and Runco[src]

Runco watched the screens as Alphonso Mackenzie ordered everyone to search for more paranormal activities. When the place grew quiet, Runco's clicking of his pen grew more noticable, leading to Mackenzie to tell him to stop.[2]

Following the Destruction of the Museum of Natural History and the death of Fox, Mackenzie gave a small speech to the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents at the Lighthouse. He told them that Fox joined S.H.I.E.L.D. because they protect people from their worst nightmares, and, even though they could not bring him back, they could save other lives. In order to do so, he gave multiple tasks to the agents, telling Jaross and Runco to keep scanning for any more disturbances.[3]

Return of Daisy's Team[]

Runco was working when the Lighthouse picked up a weird, distorted signal. Alphonso Mackenzie ran in, ordering them to get a lock on it. Once they did, they heard Daisy Johnson requesting permission to land as they had returned home. Runco and everyone else cheered.[4]

Facilities[]

  • Lighthouse: Runco operated from the Lighthouse, using S.H.I.E.L.D.'s resources, in order to find signs of paranormal activities.

  1. The penultimate episode of the fifth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. reveals that the Black Order are attacking New York City at the same time, which means the season five finale occurs shortly before the Snap. The sixth season premiere has on-screen text which indicates that it is one year later; therefore, despite the series not discussing or dealing with the Snap, all organic characters who are alive at the beginning of the sixth season or are indicated to still be alive are treated as Snap survivors.
