Parkhar is a city in Tajikistan, near the border with Afghanistan, where the Needle operated from.

History

The Needle set up its base on the border of Tajikistan and Afghanistan, in Parkhar. Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson, and Natasha Romanoff flew to Parkhar to fight the Needle and blew up one of their fuel cylinders to attract the Needle's attention. While the Needle fought Rogers and Wilson, Romanoff infiltrated their base and discovered a bomb which the Needle was planning to detonate. However, they stopped the detonation and left.
