Encountering Iron Man[]
Lacy alerts Julius Allen of a "bogey"
At Edwards Air Force Base, Lacy detected Iron Man flying in Afghanistan and denied to Major Julius Allen that the military sent in such strange yet advanced equipment into the warzone. Colonel James Rhodes arrived and he reported that the craft was difficult to track on radar due to it being the size of an unmanned aerial vehicle.[1]

- Edwards Air Force Base: As a soldier, Lacy worked at Edwards Air Force Base, identifying and tracking aerial threats via radar. He discovered Iron Man and reported his presence to Julius Allen, later telling James Rhodes that he was difficult to track.
