Cecilio is an armed guard who worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. and served as a loyal bodyguard to Director Jeffrey Mace.

Guarding Director Mace[]
Cecilio entered Director Jeffrey Mace's office to remind him he had a meeting with the National Security advisors in five minutes. Mace then asked him to escort Yo-Yo Rodriguez to the lab. As she was ready, Rodriguez said to Cecilio to lead the way.[1]
Cecilio was guarding the entrance of Mace's office during his meeting. As Phil Coulson and Melinda May came to meet Mace, May told Cecilio to move, with no response. Cecilio said to Mace that they had come, and after the two entered the office, Mace told Cecilio he could get himself a coffee.[2]
Cecilio went to inform Jeffrey Mace that he had to keep on schedule during his tests with Jemma Simmons and Leo Fitz, something that Mace was happy to hear.[3]
