The Life of a Putz or,
be happy with what you have

What happens, when you take a good Man out of an equation? A world crumbles. A very Christian view on the World and the ol' left cheek, right cheek and the good in the world it produces, if you stay on this earth and earn your seat in heaven. If I'd been George Bailey, the thought of suicide would have never crossed my mind. Sure, he never got his dreams fulfilled, but other dreamy situations flew right into his hands and why not be happy, with a beautiful wife, four adorable children and a great community that loves and respects you. God sure had some great adventures for our protagonist throughout his life. A lot of chances to do the right thing, and he always did. If only half of humanity would be as generous and kind as Mr. Bailey, the richest Man of Bedford Falls.

A very fine Film from Frank Capra, that could have discarded the whole Angel schtick. That might be the Atheist in me, that really thought that the whole beginning with the voice over of the holy entities in the sky, was simply hokey and stupid. Maybe that was needed in 1946.

Now: What would happen if I would have never been Born?
Nothing. Nada.
I never saved anyone, I certainly didn't enrich anybody's life, only made theirs more miserable after spending some time with me. My mother might have divorced my dad and would've been much happier. I never had any kind of responsibility, therefor nobody had to ever rely on me. That is a good thing, as I'm not even worth the shit on somebody's shoes, that he tries to discard as soon as possible. The world would've been better off without me. A stupid European polluter, that is not really liked by many and most people would be glad, if they never knew me. Myself included. I always felt alone, even at a party with my "friends". No wonder, as my input was and is always stupid, a mentally unstable and unwise persona.
I hate myself and my life so much...
