Did you know that Christopher Nolan actually planted 500 acres of corn because he doesn’t believe in CGI?
All jokes aside this film is beautiful. I’m so glad I finally got to rewatch it, which I’ve been meaning to do with my sister for a while now. Interstellar definitely holds up 9 years later, and I hope they release it in IMAX on it’s 10th anniversary next year.
Just a little thing I noticed that I’m nitpicking is that at times, some actors don’t seem to convey the right emotion. They don’t seem either as sad or as worried or as angry etc. as the moment needs them to be. But maybe it’s just me idk.
Something I absolutely loved is the whole black hole scene, how instead of showing that a black hole just kills you, it transports you to a sort of fifth-dimension space, and I really liked the creative liberties they took with it.
