Rewatched Feb 12, 2024

Everyone needs to watch this in the cinema at least once in their life. The cinema seats feel like they’re about to shoot into the sky during all takeoff scenes, the score is euphoric and the cinematography is sexy. 

If I watch this in the cinema for the 75th anniversary the water planet sequence might actually kill me off, such an anxiety trip.
