Even though its not technically one, this is a horror movie. Willem Defoe gives easily the best performance of the year and Robert Pattinson gave the best performance of his career. The lighting is amazing and the set design is amazing. The sound design was beautiful and so was the score. sorry Midsommar but The Lighthouse is now the best film of the year.
