I actually thought this was really decent. Made me laugh, made me choke in surprise, made me feel all the good nostalgic feelings. And even though I would have PREFERRED a certain other ending, I respect the take. Loved the cast and honestly I would watch any film with Caleb Hearon as long as they're happy and get all they deserve.

Gia Coppola’s The Last Showgirl is a film that is heavily reliant on its main character and a performer willing to go the limit to bring that individual to life. I’m pleased to say that Gia found that in Pamela Anderson, who gives a raw, emotional, show-stopping performance (one of the best I’ve seen from a 2024 film).

First act was a drag, I enjoyed the action sequences especially the snowman attack, I liked Chris Evans and The Rocks onscreen chemistry.
However I feel like The Rock plays the same character in nearly every movie.
Won’t be a memorable Christmas movie in years to come, I’m afraid.
