Such a brilliantly overblown piece of 90s delight! I remember loving it as a child, scorning it in my 20s, and now embracing it with both 30-something arms!
Tom Cruise runs in this, although I can't remember it in any Cruise Running Montage. Everyone, update your montages!

A study in anxiety. And also trying not to make Bane jokes every time Tom Hardy puts on his mask.

Best entrance: Thor. Best delivery: Tony Stark. Best villain smashing: Hulk. Best smarts: Natasha. Best dark horse: Hawkeye (is that even his name? More on that dude, please.) JOSS, PLEASE DIRECT EVERY MOVIE.

Super fun and topical, at least to me. A little sugarcoaty, but it's a comedy that tackles a real issue, which I like!

Why was there a Lily (friend), a Charlotte (the queen's attache), a Lily (girl in wheelchair asking for autograph), a Charlotte (girl next to her asking for autograph), and a Lily and Charlotte Grove Hall at their school. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP.

Mission accomplished. I feel very guilty.

I can't decide how I feel. It's either "Man that's a terrible relationship that he needs to get out of." or it's "Jim Jarmusch thinks that's a good relationship, which is pretty sad," or "Guy personifies city where there are feelings put into words," or "Cupcakes are not going to get anyone rich."

Women doing stuff is a step in the right direction, but the script was so weak, as is a premise that someone super into fighting just wants the world to stop fighting.
Plus that "everything is about love" mess is so simplistic as to be insulting.
Also, I haven't seen that much slow motion roundhousing since M:I 2.
