    - lesbian sex as a currency almost certainly on display for the viewer’s voyeuristic gratification
    - the association between female queerness and promiscuity (the main characters, Rin and Mimi, while being in an implied relationship, independently — albeit reluctantly — trade sexual favors for tips from an informant almost every episode)
