This was made for true fans of the musical. You can tell that there is an IMMENSE love and respect for this musical that guided every single decision put into making this film. Despite the long run time it never felt too slow, the costumes were incredible, the sets were fun and created a more expansive feel to the world, and the singing and acting was phenomenal. No notes. I am so so happy with this!!!!!!!!!

The only reason this movie gets a single star is because I do like the idea of someone killing people who run conversion camps. The title is also cool. And not all the acting was terrible, it was just really poorly written. It felt like not enough queer people were consulted or involved during the writing process. However, the attempt was there.
