IM PISSED OKAY really good script and story, gorgeous and talented actors of course, love the metaphors and all the layers in the story and dramaaa. really good. HOWEVERRRR the editing and that DUMB FCKING SOUNDTRACK RUINED IT FOR ME. they were experimenting with artsy things like fade ins, pov shots, slow mos that took wayyyyyy too long to get to the point - ugh. i can appreciate it, but not for a simple hollywood style narrative movie like this;…

ngl the little character plot twists took me out. super funny movie and it’s ironi i watched this right after la la land w ryan gosling and emma stone again, but i think their chemistry here is better ngl. wholesome and sweet, 4 stars
