Shout out to Peeps for recommending this one
Netflix cooked with this one. Thank God as they have had like at least 6 horrific films so far this year. I've seen it being compared to First Blood and I have to agree. At least it's more in tone with First Blood than any of the 4 Rambo sequels. Absolutely gorgeously shot. Lots of long takes that I was very impressed with. The action while nonlethal was very visceral. Acting was great especially from Aaron Pierre. Gotta say he's from London... might be a good Bond pick. I think my only negatives are the ending was a bit convoluted even though they do cover their bases plot wise and it could be like 10 minutes shorter maybe. Small complaints though to be honest. Check this one out for sure as I originally dismissed it thinking it was a standard netflix release.
