Oh, ouch! Wyman is absolutely gorgeous and Hudson did not charm me one bit in this. That said, younger man who likes to garden, is good with animals (what's up with that deer?), and can do a home renovation is a version of a man I know to be inherently charming to some. I did love this though and want to watch it again already!

Though some creative elements and (most of) the body horror really worked for me, I really did not need to be subjected to the nightmares of a skinny person who is aging! Watching the camera be used to glamorize and glorify the young, skinny Sue while emphasizing how disgusting it would be for Elizabeth who still very much fits the beauty standard to eat a whole chicken and watch TV from the couch all night and get physically older was unenjoyable. Like incredibly so not for me!
