Captain Byron Hadley’s review published on Letterboxd:
The Wild Robot tackles A LOT of subjects to various degrees of success. From Motherhood to trauma and death. But it’s greatest success is the message of those who you believe to have the least in common with or to be your “natural enemy” actually have a lot in common with you and a community of all shapes and sizes is stronger than your small individual bubble.
It feels like this is film a lot of folks need right now message wise ( looking at you America ) so I understand how for a bunch, this in the moment, is a 5 star watch.
