    This movie has all the elements needed for me to love it. I am a fan of Kevin Smith & I tend to like movies set in or a around a cinema. But I don't know something about this film didn't completely work of me. The humour was hit or miss & some of the characters were OK but some were a bit annoying. I liked the fake trailers that they showed & the usual round of actors who usually show up in a Kevin Smith film are good. I didn't hate this but wanted more from it.

    Basically a hour and a half advert for how good home security systems are. There's no tension & every situation the main character & her son get involved in whilst trying to escape & hide from the intruders always has the magical home security system & it's operators back at the centre help get them to safety. Well apart from a couple of times near the end of the film. There's also this mystery of what's in the safe that the intruders want so desperately but we never found out what that is which is weird. Not a good film with very stupid moments & just overall a borefest.
