Didn’t plan on watching this today, but I’m firewatch today at my theater, and no joke, I walked in as it started and boom right then and there I let fate decide my watchlist. So that’s like three movies I’ve watched entirely standing up during a shift.
A standard creature feature elevated by a good sense of tone and a couple character highlights. Not quite Invisible Man levels of quality but it does it’s job. I also checked out a bit of Anora, The Room Next Door, and The Wild Robot right afterwards. Lots of variety today!
