I don’t think I enjoy this movie as much as other people do, but I still liked it. I was engaged throughout the majority of it, especially when we finally see the bomb start to come to fruition and tested.
It did have a few faults though, one being the music. It seemed to drown out the dialogue during some scenes, which was already a bit difficult to understand, with some lines being spoken too quickly or in very heavy accents. The pacing wasn’t ideal as well, constantly alternating from before, during, and after the bomb was created. I did however like the decision to make any events outside of Oppenheimer’s perspective black and white.
Overall, a good watch, but I don’t see myself revisiting this one.
