I think beyond the practical effects, the stunt work, and pure insanity of everything, what impresses me most about this film is that after a near non-stop 90 minutes of mayhem, Max decides that despite having gone through hell, having barely any ammo, a tanker truck on the brink, and with just some old ladies, a cancer riddled War Boy, some near helpless models, and a Furiosa, decides that the best plan of action is not to keep going, but to go right back to where they started, through all the war parties trying to kill them, and take the Citadel for themselves, and everyone in the group (and everyone watching) is like "Fuck yeah, mate! Let's do this!!".
