]]>Watched in the cinema, that plot twist at the end was so unexpected. A really picturesque movie with stunning music.
]]>After letting this movie sink in, i’ve realised how phenomenal the segment at the beginning was along with the radiohead track.

That revelation at the end was not just shocking, but just really fucking soul-crushing :(

This was heartbreaking :(
A very very somber tone to this movie, the final monologue was so sad, and the way he holds him as he cries :(
This is so damn cute, I love 90s movies so much.
]]>Watched in the cinema, this movie was so chaotic and I loved it. The ending was weirdly somber compared to the hectic tone of the rest of the movie.

Yeah, just break my fucking heart and end in the saddest way :(
]]>I really liked the lightning, costumes, soundtrack and acting.

This was heartbreaking, I really liked how death was portrayed in this film, with the boy coming down as an angel and sort of watching over her during her worst days.

]]>I don't know why I enjoyed this so much, but the dynamic between Julie and her servant along with the looming influence of her mother was fascinating.

]]>I honestly was not expecting much going into this. But what the hell, like four back to back plot twists, crazy body horror and an eerie soundtrack, I actually really liked this and was invested.

]]>I really loved this, so cute and heartwarming. Ghibli movies are so beautifully animated, I'd love to live in such a lovely world (except the war of course).

]]>I love how no scene lingers. It just cuts to the next part of lady bird's life. It's smooth and has great pace. Lady Bird is relatable, she isn't special, she's ordinary and that's what makes this movie so great, it's human. Lady Bird's relationship with her mum is so damn relatable it hurts.
]]>Watched this in the cinema. Bizarre, loud as hell, bloody but a wild ride of a movie. Margaret is so beautiful.

]]>Ranking the Vengeance Trilogy by Park Chan-wook.
]]>This list ranks all four movie adaptations (barring the 2018 version which I have heard nothing good about.)
This is far and away the best adaptation of Little Women. Laurie and Jo's relationship is nuanced and beautiful, and this movie has the best proposal scene between Jo and Laurie. It's such a comfortable and endearing movie, like a warm hug
This adaptation was quite good, I think Christian Bale is the best looking (and acting though Chalamet's Laurie was quite good) Laurie.
I love Hepburn as Jo in this adaptation, the proposal scene was also lovely and Laurie in this movie was good, though I wasn't too fond of the really old looking Bhaer in this film.
The least compelling of the adaptations, a rehash of the 1933 version and performed with less heart I think.
